We want you to love every WestJune purchase. If something is not right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return & Exchange Window

Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact our support team before sending anything back.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging.
Your return must be approved by WestJune before it is shipped back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email support@westjune.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include clear photos so our team can help promptly.

Return Approval & Shipping

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address. Except where an item is damaged, defective, or sent in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Returned items are inspected after they arrive. When approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an eligible item for the same style in another size or colour, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale items, non-refundable items, and complimentary gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
