Free U.S. Shipping

All U.S. orders include free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing Time

After payment is confirmed, orders are normally processed and packed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery is typically 7–12 business days after your order has been placed and processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier capacity, holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.

How Your Order Ships

Orders are first consolidated from our partner production facility in Asia and then handed to USPS after arriving in the United States. Tracking can take several days to begin updating while the shipment moves through this process.

Tracking Your Order

Your shipment confirmation email includes your tracking number. If tracking has not updated for several days or you need assistance with a delivery delay, contact support@westjune.com.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
